At Random House we strive to keep as many of our books in print as possible – ensuring that the work of all of our writers is available to as wide an audience as possible. However, with the best will in the world, it is not possible to keep all of our books always in print and stored in our warehouses. This is why we have introduced Print on Demand.
Digital printing technology now means that we are able to print and deliver books within a week of a customer placing an order. To this end, we have launched this major new initiative, to promote these ‘Lost Classics’.
Until now, if you were interested in these out of print titles, you would need to hunt them down in secondhand bookshops. But now you can have a brand new paperback printed when you want it.
