With the glorious arrival of Spring this week, and the clocks now set to official British Summer Time, it's the perfect time of year to get outside and explore the countryside.
Square Peg's very own Adele Nozedar, author of the beautiful Hedgerow Handbook, is writing a fabulous monthly blog describing what we can find in our local hedgerows. Encouraging us all to meander and explore, the blog will document what we're likely to find outside, and how best to use our foraged findings with intriguing recipe suggestions (nettle ice lollies, anyone?).
Read the blog here. Adele Nozedar's The Hedgerow Handbook: Recipes, Remedies and Rituals is published by Square Peg, £12.99
