Today saw the announcement of Katie Fforde’s first direct to digital fiction title, The Undercover Cook (available from 2nd February 2012).  The short story which is only available as an ebook, features exclusive extra content including the first chance to read the opening chapter of Fforde’s new book, Recipe For Love, due to be published in hardback 1st  March 2012 (ISBN: 9781846056529).

Katie already has a strong online fan base through Facebook and Twitter and the new site has been created to act as a hub for information on her. Fans will be welcomed to ‘Katie Fforde’s world’ and encouraged to sign up to her newsletter, talk to other fans on Facebook or engage more instantly with Katie on Twitter. The website is a reflection of Katie’s personality; friendly and welcoming, a place where fans can really get to know their favourite author through photos, videos and written pieces from her and where they will have the opportunity to talk directly to Katie as well as discover the latest news, competitions and exclusives and news of publications.
