* Brokerage is a method of arms dealing where the dealer sets up a sale from one country to another, but the weapons don’t touch the country the dealer is operating from. So a dealer could work from Lisbon and set up a deal to move AK47s from China to Chad. It’s a sneaky way of avoiding government controls on the arms trade and the EU is trying to get all its member countries to introduce laws to eradicate brokerage. Unfortunately there are 5 countries that refuse to do so - Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Cyprus and Luxembourg.
 
We’ll show you how to set up in the arms trade in one of those countries and how to use your “deals” to pressure the 5 countries to change.
