Written by Donna Egan of the Buttercup Cake Shop in London (www.buttercupcakeshop.co.uk), the first and only stockist of ice cream sandwiches. The Buttercup Cake Shop, founded in 2006, now has five outlets in London and Kent, including Westfield Shepherd's Bush and Stratford.
Today Donna lives in South London with her husband and two daughters, aged 14 and 9, who also love to bake.
