The Against the Day Competition Terms & Conditions

 

By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions: 

  1. No cash alternative to the prize will be available.

  2. This competition is not open to employees of The Random House Group, any associated Bertelsmann company or their relatives.

  3. The prize is one limited edition advanced reading copy book proof.

  4. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

  5. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt of entry.

  6. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

  7. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries and incomplete entries will be disregarded.

  8. The closing date for entry is midnight on 21st January 2007.

  9. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 7 days of the closing date.

  10. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  11. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random after the closing date.

  12. The prize must be claimed within 6 weeks of the closing date.

  14. This competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.
