Introducing Pinkie....
A fabulously feisty pink-mad tomboy, Pinkie is the perfect antidote to the traditional sweet girlie and wholesome heroines. She lives with her mum and dad in a stripey lighthouse by the sea, has lots of friends and loves to visit the Grampies down the hill.

Dance Fever
Pinkie has rhythm, so much of it that she can't sit still. She jiggles and wiggles from the moment she gets up until she goes to bed at night.
"I love to jiggle and dance, don't you? Anyway, it's Mum's birthday soon. Find out what I made for special birthday present."
The day before her mum's beach birthday party, she jiggles all the way to town to help Dad get some last-minute bits and pieces. But when she realises that she hasn't got her mum a present, suddenly Pinkie stops still. What will she do? The Grampies are off to the Village Hall to do line dancing and her friend Hattie to her ballet class so they're too busy to help. But all this dancing has Pinkie thinking...
Fancy Dress
It's fancy dress day at school, but Pinkie doesn't know what to dress-up as - a bumble bee, a pink dragon princess or a mermaid?
"If you could be anything, what would you be? I fancy being a bee, me, but can you guess what my prize-winning outfit is?"
Luckily, her Auntie Dee is on-hand to help, and together they create and original Pinkie costume from recycled bits and bobs round the house. The giant pink re-cycle monster is a winner!
