After studying history and textile design, Rita worked as a journalist before joining Nina Campbell Ltd as a director. Formerly a weekly columnist for the Style section of The Sunday Times, she has written the cult column, Rita Says, in Vogue and a weekly column in the Saturday Telegraph magazine. She frequently appears in national newspapers and magazines as a style consultant and also works as an interior designer.
